President's Day weekend- falling as it does in darkest February - gets short shrift among its more muscular patriotic cousins in July and September. Airfare spikes a bit for the holiday, but, compared to the other major holidays, President's Day is an incredible bargain to most U.S. destinations and many other international locales besides.
